Various entertainment showcases will take place during convention giving you an opportunity to review many of the acts available for your fair’s booking. Feel free to stop by and enjoy any of these showcase sessions during your time at convention.
The trade show is a great opportunity to visit with our associate members. The 2026 trade show will be located in the lobby area of the convention center.
A free made-to-order breakfast will be available each morning of convention as well as a lunch buffet offered for purchase during the following hours: Friday, Jan. 16th from 11:00 – 12:30, and Saturday, Jan. 17th from 11:15 – 12:15. In the regional division, the Appalachian Fair, Tennessee Valley Fair, and The Nashville Fair received the Award of Merit. In the state division, the Wilson County Fair – Tennessee State Fair received the Award of Merit based on overall fair operations.
