Greene County Fair
Rhonda Humbert has been involved with the Greene County Fair for over 37 years and served on the Board of Directors for 30 plus years. She serves as the current President of the Tennessee Association of Fairs. Her responsibilities include Fairest of The Fair Chairman, Entertainment Chairman, Carnival Committee and Grounds Rental Committee. She has served on various committees and as an East Tennessee Director for 2 terms on the Tennessee Association of Fairs Board of Directors. The first term from 2013-2015 and the second term from 2017-2019. In addition to her volunteer service with the Greene County Fair Board, Humbert is known for her volunteer service with the Greene County Partnership, Greeneville Woman’s Club, Main Street: Greeneville Board, Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church, Shop With A Cop, Tourism Task Force and a member of the Greene County Partnership Ambassadors. Rhonda and her husband Jimmy, of 40 years live in Greeneville. They both have a passion for the Fair and love being a part of it. Rhonda works as The Program Director for The Foster Grandparent program for First Tennessee Human Resource Agency.
